Intrans Private Limited collects payments for the sale of the services listed below to Users (Transport Owners) via Online payment Process (CCAvenue) to transfer goods from user and corporates from one location to other location.
Once the service inquired is finalized from user and transporter, and any one cancel the inquiry then he has to pay a certain amount of charges:
a) For Users: 10% of Total Billed amount.
b) For Transporters: 10% of the Bid amount.
However, Cancellation / Refund can be initiated by calling our Customer Care and the process will be initiated and the refund shall be processed within 20 working days.
